Prescribing information
Cautions
Schedule H prescription drug — to be used only under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner. Not for self-medication. Tablets are highly hygroscopic — do not keep exposed once opened. Keep out of reach of children.
Directions
Take exactly as directed by the physician. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Reseal the pack promptly after use — exposure to moisture may soften the tablets. Do not alter the dose or discontinue without consulting the prescriber.
Composition
Each film coated tablet contains: L-Carnitine L-Tartrate 500mg, Methylcobalamin IP 1500mcg, Folic Acid IP 1.5mg, Excipients q.s. Colour: Red oxide of Iron. Appropriate overages of vitamin added to compensate for possible loss on storage.
Storage & Manufacturer
Store in a cool, dry & dark place, below 25°C. Protect from direct sunlight, heat & moisture. Tablets are highly hygroscopic — do not keep exposed once opened, as this may moisten/soften them.
