Haryana surrounds Delhi on three sides. NCR districts such as Gurugram and Faridabad behave very differently from the GT Road belt (Ambala, Karnal, Panipat) and the western districts around Hisar and Rohtak, so territory planning works best district by district.

Market structure
Haryana divides into three belts. The NCR districts that border Delhi — Gurugram, Faridabad, Sonipat, Jhajjar and Palwal — are urban and hospital-heavy. The GT Road belt from Panipat through Karnal and Kurukshetra to Ambala is a chain of mid-sized towns along NH 44. The western and south-western districts around Hisar, Rohtak, Bhiwani and Sirsa are more agricultural, with longer distances between towns.
Because Delhi sits in the middle of the NCR, chemists in Gurugram and Faridabad can also buy from Delhi wholesalers, so service and reliability decide who gets the order. The GT Road belt and the western districts are less exposed to that and are normally served by stockists based in Karnal, Panipat, Rohtak or Hisar.
NCR deliveries are limited by traffic windows rather than distance, while the western districts need planned weekly runs. Summer heat across the Haryana plains means packs labelled "store below 25 °C" should never sit in parked vehicles or on unshaded counters.

Sharma PGIMS in Rohtak is the state’s main government teaching hospital, and Haryana also has a government medical college dedicated to women — BPS Government Medical College for Women at Khanpur Kalan in Sonipat district. Gurugram and Faridabad have many private multispeciality hospitals and fertility centres, and families in the northern districts also travel to PGIMER Chandigarh.
For a gynae franchise this creates two different jobs. In NCR Haryana, the work is getting onto hospital and clinic prescribing lists and the pharmacies attached to them. In the GT Road and western districts, it is about the individual gynaecologist with their own nursing home and the chemist next door.
