Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FertiLogic, a division of Biologic & Psychotropics (India) Pvt. Ltd. and part of the Primus Pharmaceuticals Group ("FertiLogic", "we", "us"), handles personal information collected through fertilogic.in. FertiLogic is a business-to-business pharmaceutical franchise. Our website is meant for pharma distributors, stockists, chemists and medical representatives.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in an enquiry, franchise or download form, we may collect:

• your name and mobile / WhatsApp number;
• your pincode, state and target district or city;
• your business profile (for example medical representative or stockist) and company name, if provided;
• whether you hold a drug licence and GST registration (Yes / No);
• your email address, if you choose to give it; and
• any message you write to us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we record how the site is used: pages visited, buttons and links clicked (including WhatsApp and call buttons), device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the advertisement or website that referred you. We also record anonymised session replays (recordings of how pages are scrolled and clicked) to find and fix usability problems. Text you type into form fields is masked in these recordings.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, health or medical information about yourself or any patient.

2. How we use your information

• to respond to your enquiry, confirm district availability and send product lists, price lists and partner terms by phone, WhatsApp or email;
• to manage our relationship with you if you become a business partner;
• to send you the guide or document you requested;
• to measure and improve our website and advertising; and
• to comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We use your contact details for business communication about FertiLogic. You can ask us to stop at any time (see section 7).

3. Service providers we use

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our partner desk, and only for the purposes above:

• Cloudflare: website hosting and form processing;
• Resend: sending enquiry notifications and requested documents by email;
• Google (Google Workspace / Sheets, Google Analytics, Google Ads): lead records, website analytics and advertising measurement;
• PostHog: product analytics and session replay;
• Meta Pixel: only on our business-partner and PCD franchise opportunity pages, and only if you allow it, for page-view ad measurement and retargeting. We do not send your enquiry form answers or product selections to Meta;
• Automately: our customer relationship management (CRM) system; and
• WhatsApp (Meta): when you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics, PostHog) and advertising measurement (Google Ads). On our business-partner and PCD franchise opportunity pages, the Meta Pixel loads only if you choose Allow. It records page views for ad measurement and retargeting; we do not send your enquiry form answers or product selections to Meta. Choose Decline, or reopen Cookie settings on either page to withdraw or change your choice. The website remains usable without accepting Meta tracking.

5. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a partner, for the length of the business relationship and any period required by law. Enquiries that do not lead to a partnership are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct or update it;
• delete it, or stop contacting you; and
• withdraw consent you have given.

To make a request or raise a concern, email info@fertilogic.in with the subject "Privacy request". We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

This website is intended for business users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
